Ultimately, I gained insight through a Near Death Experience, and a dream! Through God-Creator I received a blueprint for reclaiming your authenticity, called the GraceWay Chrysalis. I discovered an ancestral connection to a great-grandmother from five generations prior, who was entangled in a historical family trauma. Specifically, a recurring pattern of 'mad woman' syndrome was present, manifesting in the first-born female of each generation. This pattern was evident in myself and I observed its potential trajectory in my daughter . I resolved to interrupt this cycle, a process which necessitated a profound exploration of my unconscious mind to identify and dismantle ingrained, inherited beliefs. This allowed me to evolve into the fullest and most joyful expression of myself, as intended, made in our Creator God's image! Having made this commitment 35 years ago, I am now experiencing the significant and positive outcomes of my persistent efforts to heal the painful and dysfunctional generational wounds within my family of origin and my immediate family. Utilizing the acronym GRACE, this method delineates five essential phases for personal development and healing. The following is a detailed examination of each phase: The Framework 1. G - Cultivate Gratitude for the Unified Field (Love Me Now) Begin by developing a relationship with the “Unified Field” as your intrinsic self. This phase involves recognizing the interconnectedness of all existence and embracing your authentic nature which is, has been, and always will be love! By nurturing this awareness, one becomes receptive to novel perspectives and possibilities. When Self Love is evident within, the external world responds 2. R - Receive, Release, and Renew Receive Love, and Release behaviors and beliefs that are no longer beneficial. This phase encourages the relinquishment of antiquated patterns and thoughts that impede progress. By releasing these obstacles, space is created for renewal and transformation. 3. A - Request the Next Aligned Assignment or Action Operate according to intuitive intelligence by accessing your internal wisdom and instincts. Trust your inherent understanding and allow your intuition to direct you toward choices that are in alignment with your highest self. This phase empowers one to proceed with confidence and clarity 4. E - Embody Love’s Abundance Fully embody and engage Love’s joyful abundance. This final phase encourages complete engagement in life with love and gratitude.
